Select Harvests is an ASX listed company and is one of the world’s largest almond growers, with a geographically diverse almond orchard portfolio in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales supplying a state of the art primary processing facility.

Client

Select Harvests supplies almonds domestically and internationally to supermarkets, health food stores, other food manufacturers, retailers and the almond trade. Its core capabilities across horticulture, orchard management, almond processing, sales and marketing enable the company to add value across each of their business activities.

Approach

The brief was to focus on Select Harvests vision to be a leader in the supply of ‘better for you’ and ‘better for the planet’, plant-based foods. Select Harvests strategy to achieve their vision is based on Three Horizons: A strong foundation, sustainably profitable and transformation. Our focus was on communicating a clear direction for the company and its strategy for future investment and delivering investor returns.

Solution

We developed a tagline ‘Transforming Our Future’ which was the theme for the overall messaging throughout the report. The powerful cover concept communicates both the orchard and processing aspects of the business. We commissioned photography to show the scale of the operations and to illustrate the company’s triple bottom line commitment to the profit generated from products, the planet we all live on and the people they rely on to be successful.
